Ritter Trucking

The load gets there on time

Hauling freight is the whole job. Ritter Trucking picks it up, keeps it moving, and puts it down where it was supposed to be, when it was supposed to be there.

What It Runs On

Three words on the dash

Three things the business stands on. They are not slogans. They are how a load gets handled.

01

Power

The equipment has to be able to do what the job asks. Weight, distance, grade, weather. Power means the truck is not the reason a load runs late.

02

Respect

For the freight, for the people loading and unloading it, and for the other drivers sharing the road. Somebody trusted us with their shipment. That gets treated like it means something.

03

Time

Everything in freight comes back to the clock. A load that shows up late costs somebody money down the line, so the schedule gets taken seriously from the first mile.

Make sure the loads get there on time.

The Ritter Trucking mission, in the owner's own words

The Fleet

Building it truck by truck

The long-term goal is plain: multiple trucks running at once. It gets there the same way freight moves, which is one load at a time, finished properly.

Freight
The Job

Hauling freight. Picking a load up and putting it down where it was headed. That is the whole business.

Earned
The Next One

Every rig added comes off the back of loads that landed right, not off a plan on paper.

Kept
The Standard

Power, respect, time. Adding trucks does not get to cost any of the three.

Multiple
Where It Is Headed

More than one truck on the road at a time. That is the goal in the owner's own words.

No numbers are posted here on purpose. Ritter Trucking has not put a count on the fleet, and a website is not the place to invent one.

The Work

Hauling freight, start to finish

There is no complicated pitch here. Freight needs to move from one place to another, and Ritter Trucking is the outfit that moves it.

01

Pickup Handled Right

Show up when we said we would, load it the way it needs to be loaded, and get it strapped down before the wheels turn.

02

Miles Under Way

Once the load is on, the road is the only thing left. The clock is the priority and the freight stays secure the whole distance.

03

Delivered Clean

It arrives on schedule and in the same condition it left in. Nothing shifted, nothing damaged, nothing to argue about.

Every Run

How a load actually goes

Four steps, same order, every time. Boring on purpose. Boring is what on time looks like from the inside.

01

Sized Up

What the load is, what it weighs, where it starts and where it has to end up. Get that straight before anything else.

02

Timed Out

The delivery window sets the plan. Departure works backward from when the load is due, not forward from when it is convenient.

03

On The Road

Loaded, secured, and moving. Nothing about the run changes because the miles got long or the weather turned.

04

Put Down

Unloaded where it belongs, on the clock it was promised on. Then the truck turns around for the next one.

Where It Goes

Toward multiple trucks

A truck can only be in one place at a time. The long-term goal is a yard with more than one rig in it, so more freight moves without the standard slipping.

That growth is not going to be announced before it happens. It gets built the same way the loads get hauled, which is one at a time and finished properly.

The goal: multiple trucks

Ready when the load is

Freight does not wait around and neither does this outfit. When there is something that has to be somewhere, Ritter Trucking is built to take it.
